I’m Amin Zarifi. I design the technology systems that operations run on. Over 11+ years in business, the last 5 as a C-level executive, I’ve built automated coverage systems, operational platforms, and end-to-end frameworks that run scheduled delivery, Q-commerce, and B2B business lines at Snapp!Market — across retail, marketplace, and consignment models. That technical and operational depth sits alongside real exposure to the investor and CEO side of running a business, so I don’t just build the system — I understand what it needs to prove to the board.
